Rewalz is Swiss HR software for companies of every size, from a small business to a group. Employee records, absences, time tracking, payroll and recruiting run in one system, under Swiss and European law and with a traceable audit trail.
Rewalz brings the work of an HR department together in one piece of software. The personnel file keeps every change with its date, absences and time tracking follow the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Labour Act, and the payroll run computes AHV, ALV, BVG, UVG, KTG and withholding tax. In recruiting, candidates answer interview questions by video, with no account and no install, and the team assesses asynchronously against fixed criteria. Who sees which data is decided by the database and not by the interface. The platform runs in four languages, namely German, French, Italian and English, and is built for the revised Swiss data protection act.
