Process

Team scoring

More than one pair of eyes on the same answer, without the first opinion colouring the rest.

  • Fixed criteria
  • Scored independently
  • Four eyes on record

Two people remember two different interviews.

Criteria per role

You define per role what matters. Scoring follows those criteria.

Score independently

Anyone who has not scored yet cannot see the scores of the others.

Draft and release

A draft can still be changed. It is shared only when it is ready.

Fully documented

Every score is kept with its time and its author.

The person's confirmation

A shared review is acknowledged by them and they can add a comment of their own.

Goals stay visible

Agreed goals stay visible and can be updated during the year instead of once a year.

How it works

Whoever speaks first decides with you. So here everyone writes before anyone talks.

  1. Set criteria up front

The same fields on the same scale for every role. Nobody changes them afterwards, and that is the whole point.

  2. Everyone scores alone

Until your own score is submitted you cannot see anyone else's. One early comment otherwise drags the whole panel behind it.

  3. Compare afterwards

Only once everybody has submitted do the scores sit side by side. Scores that diverge are the interesting result, not a mistake.
