How it works
A request takes the path it already takes in your company. Just without the email thread.
Submit the request
The employee picks a period and a reason. Full and half days are both possible, and the canton's public holidays are deducted automatically.
The manager decides
The request reaches the responsible person together with the current balance and the team's other absences, all in one view. One click decides it.
The balance is right immediately
Holiday entitlement is kept up to date continuously and pro rata on joining and leaving. The carry-over into the next year needs no manual work.
