Documents and deadlines

Paperwork in one place, with the deadlines attached to it.

  • Deadlines in view
  • Filed per person
  • Access by role

Deadlines get noticed once they have passed.

Expiring permits

Sixty days before expiry, Rewalz gives notice. Expired ones sit on top.

Store files

Contract, reference or permit added as a file, up to 25 MB, stored encrypted.

Retention periods

Payroll records ten years, applications without a hire six months.

Truly confidential

A medical certificate is seen by HR and by nobody else.

Shared shelf

Policies and handbooks sit company-wide, personal papers stay in the personnel file.

Every download counts

Whoever fetches a file appears in the log with a timestamp.

How it works

Paper has an expiry date. A filing system that does not know that is a folder.

  1. Upload and assign

Contract, permit, certificate or medical note go to a person and into a category. The file is stored encrypted, not on a shared drive.

  2. Attach the deadline

Anything that expires gets a date. Residence permits, fixed-term contracts and certificates raise their hand in good time.

  3. Find instead of search

Every list has a search field across the whole archive. Who may see a document is decided by role, not by knowing where it was filed.
