Breaks across the day
More than 5½ hours require a 15-minute break, more than 7 hours 30 minutes and more than 9 hours 60 minutes.
Overtime and excess hours

Absences lower the target
Public holidays and approved absences lower the target.
Night shifts
An entry from 22:00 to 06:00 is eight hours, not minus sixteen.

The clock calculates under Swiss labour law, not under a generic formula.
Record the time
Record when work starts and ends and the breaks actually taken. Rewalz flags missing minimum breaks without reducing recorded working time.

Booked time stands against contractually agreed time. The target comes from the contract period and is not maintained separately.
Keep the two kinds apart
