Recording time is a duty, for five years.
Breaks across the day
From 5½ hours a quarter, from 7 a half, from 9 a full hour.

An entry from 22:00 to 06:00 is eight hours, not minus sixteen.

How it works
The clock calculates under Swiss labour law, not under a generic formula.
Record the time
In, out, break. Statutory breaks under article 15 of the Labour Act are deducted automatically, staggered by the length of the working day.
Measure against the contract
Booked time stands against contractually agreed time. The target comes from the contract period and is not maintained separately.
Keep the two kinds apart
Swiss law treats them as different things, so they are two different numbers. Excess hours carry a surcharge, overtime does not.
